REGISTRATION FEE

Standard registration rate :	$1,495 per person
Special rate for pension funds, endowments and foundations:	$495

The Summit registration fee includes attendance at plenary sessions, roundtable discussions, continental breakfast, luncheon, networking refreshment breaks, and Summit networking cocktail reception. The Summit registration fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

Please note: Admittance to the Thursday evening networking cocktail reception requires registration for the full conference. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be subject to a $250.00 administration fee through February 14, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions within a company may be arranged as long as Falk Marques Group is notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted.
