For the 2020 Summit, we are contacting people directly via email with a personalized link to register. Please check your inbox for additional details (and in the event that the email got filtered by your email server, your spam/junk folder). The email will be sent from Beth.Falk@falkmarquesgroup.com. Registration is now open to those that have received an email communication from us.
Please note that we expect there to be a high level of interest in the 2020 Summit and in order to craft a balanced audience, registration will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis by industry role.

Important Hotel Information
Rooms at The Monarch Beach Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel are sold out. After you register for the Summit, please reserve a room at The Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, where we have dedicated room block with discounted rates for Summit attendees. This property is conveniently located down the road and complimentary shuttle service will be provided.

GENERAL PARTNERS/FUND MANAGERS/FEE-EARNING LPs - $2,795 per personApplicable firm types include: Private Equity/Buyouts Firm, Private Credit Fund, Venture Capital Firm, Growth Equity Firm, Real Estate/Infrastructure/Real Assets Inv. Firm, Hedge Fund, Secondary Firm, Mezzanine Firm, Other Fund Manager, Lender, Investment Bank, Private Equity Fund of Funds, Hedge Fund of Funds, Multi-Family Office, LP Advisor, Outsourced CIO, Wealth Management.
LIMITED PARTNERS: NON-FEE-EARNING (Pension, Endowment, Foundation & Single-family office) (Direct Investing Only) - $495 per person
If you are a non-fee-earning LP that does Direct Investing only (rather than Fund Investing) and you are from a Pension, Endowment, Foundation or Single-Family Office, you are eligible for a reduced Summit registration rate of $495.

Complimentary registrations are available for non-fee-earning Limited Partners actively investing in private equity and alternative investment funds. Approval for complimentary registrations for non-fee-earning LPs is based on the discretion of the conference organizers.
We recognize that some organizations require payment of a conference registration fee, and we therefore offer a discounted registration rate ($495 per registration or $295 per registration for ILPA members) should you prefer not to accept a complimentary registration. If this situation applies to you, please complete your registration and then email Rebecca Greenlee at Rebecca.Greenlee@falkmarquesgroup.com to request an invoice for the appropriate discounted conference registration fee.

Breaking Barriers: Why Women Investing in Women Is the Answer
The number of women holding the most senior leadership positions in private equity and venture capital has barely budged in the last ten years. With record levels of assets under management, the time is ripe to break down barriers and boost the ranks of women in the industry. In this Wednesday morning workshop, we'll examine some promising developments – such as more women-owned firms being started and more women becoming allies in the capital formation process – from both the limited partner and general partner perspectives. We'll explore how women can continue to support one another either by representing their institution or by investing as a GP or individual in funds as first investor (hey – "it's what the guys do"). We'll take a close look at the elements to consider as an investor, from assessing the brand to legal considerations, and how to expand and leverage your network to identify the next great fund. Join us to discuss the successful launch of women-owned funds, how to decide if you should be the one to provide credibility with that first check, and other steps we can all take to help one another advance in the industry.

The Summit registration fee includes attendance at all plenary sessions, roundtable discussions, Wednesday and Thursday Evening Networking Receptions, continental breakfast, luncheon, and networking refreshment breaks. The Summit registration fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION, AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
By registering for the Women's Private Equity Summit, you are agreeing to the following cancellation, substitution, and photography policies.Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received via email at Rebecca.Greenlee@FalkMarquesGroup.com through Wednesday, January 8, 2020 will receive a refund according to the refund method requested: 1) if the refund is requested via check, registrant will receive a refund of the registration fee paid, less a $450 administrative fee, per person; or 2) if the refund is requested via credit card (to the card used to complete the registration), registrant will receive a refund of the registration fee paid, less a $450 administrative fee and a 5% credit card processing fee. After Wednesday, January 8, 2020, no refunds will be made for any reason. However, at any time if you cancel within 24 hours of registering, you will receive a refund, less a 10% processing fee, regardless of the refund method. Requests to transfer a registration to another person within the same company must be made via email to Rebecca.Greenlee@FalkMarquesGroup.com. Any transfer requests must be to an individual at an equivalent or higher level of seniority than the original registrant, and only one transfer request will be allowed per original registration. To ensure that we deliver a carefully balanced Summit audience, all transfer requests are subject to the approval of the Falk Marques Group. Shared registrations are not permitted. Registrations may not be transferred to a future Summit. Payment for any of the Pre-Conference Forums or optional networking activities is not refundable. Any travel or lodging costs are not the responsibility of the conference organizer and separate hotel payment and cancellation policies apply.Photography Policy *new for 2020*
Representatives of Falk Marques Group will take photos of attendees throughout the Summit. These photos are for Falk Marques Group use only and may appear on the Falk Marques Group websites, social media outlets, print or electronic marketing materials, or other future Falk Marques Group promotional material. CONFERENCE MATERIALS POLICY
Registered attendees will receive printed conference materials on-site, including the Program Guide and Attendee List. Access to the Summit Mobile App will be available within one week of the start of the Summit. Access to on-site conference materials will only be provided to those who attend the Summit.
