I. SUMMIT REGISTRATION

To maintain a carefully balanced Summit audience, and to facilitate optimal networking, we are limiting attendance of non-GPs and non-LPs (categories noted in Section C, below)

  2. INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS
    (Qualified Institutional Investors include pension funds, endowments, foundations and other institutional investors that do not engage in third-party fundraising activities nor collect fees for advisory/consulting services.)
    Registration rate $ 495 per person*

*The fees for the Optional Activities are non-refundable. If the activities need to be cancelled due to inclement weather, a substitute activity will be offered.

Note: The Summit registration fee includes attendance at plenary sessions, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, continental breakfasts, luncheon, networking refreshment breaks, Summit networking cocktail receptions and Friday morning Wellness Activities. The Summit registration fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations or the Optional Recreational Activities. CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICIES

Please note the changes in our policies: Written cancellations received via email at Registration@FalkMarquesGroup.com or telephone at +1 781.652.0900 through January 11, 2017 will receive a refund less a $350 administrative fee, per person. After that date, no refunds will be made. If you contact us to cancel within 24 hours of registering, you will receive a refund less a 5% processing fee. To ensure that we deliver a carefully balanced Summit audience, substitutions within a company are subject to the approval of the Falk Marques Group. Shared registrations are not permitted. Registrations may not be transferred to a future Summit. There will be no exceptions to these policies for any reason. Falk Marques Group is not responsible for cancellations that were never received. Please call to confirm receipt of any such requests. Registration fees for Optional Activities are non-refundable

CONFERENCE MATERIALS POLICY

Registered attendees will receive the conference materials on-site, including the Program Guide and Attendee List. Please note that the Attendee List will be available upon check-in at the Summit, and will not be distributed in advance or post-event. Access to conference materials will only be provided to those who attend the event. There are no exceptions to this policy for any reason.
