Early registration rate #1 (registration & payment by 9/15/10) $1,495 per person
Early registration rate #2 (registration & payment by 1/19/11) $1,695 per person
Standard registration rate (effective 1/20/11) $1,895 per person
 
Special rate for public pension funds, endowments
and foundations investing in private equity:		 $495 per person

The Summit registration fee includes attendance at plenary sessions, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, continental breakfasts, luncheon, networking refreshment breaks, Summit networking cocktail reception, and Friday morning Wellness Activities. The Summit registration fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

Please note: Admittance to the Thursday evening networking cocktail reception requires registration for the full conference. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written cancellations received via e-mail at Registration@FalkMarquesGroup.com or by telephone at +1 781.652.0900 through Wednesday, February 2, 2011 will receive a refund less a $300. administrative fee, per person. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Falk Marques Group is not responsible for cancellations that were never received. Please call to confirm receipt of any such requests.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions within a company may be arranged as long as Falk Marques Group is notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted.
